5.1 Consultation Bookings

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of consultations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any consultation fee paid

5.2 No Binding Service Agreement

Booking a consultation does not create a binding agreement for property styling services. Styling services are only confirmed upon:

  • Receipt and signing of a Property Styling Agreement

  • Payment of the full invoice amount as specified in the agreement

6. Purchase of Display Items

6.1 Product Information

  • Display items available for purchase will be clearly marked on the website

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices

6.2 Orders & Payment

6.5 Item Condition

Display items sold through this website:

  • Are sold in their current condition unless specified as new

  • Any known defects or imperfections will be disclosed in the product description

  • Are not eligible for return based solely on normal wear from previous use

7. Service Inquiries & Quotations

7.1 Styling Service Quotations

Submitting an inquiry for styling services or receiving a quotation through this website does not create a binding agreement. Services are only confirmed upon:

  • Receipt and signing of a Property Styling Agreement

  • Payment of the full invoice amount as specified in the agreement

7.2 Quotation Validity

Quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and are subject to availability. Prices may change after the validity period.

7.3 Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the website are indicative only and subject to change

  • Final pricing will be confirmed in your individual quotation

  • Prices quoted exclude GST unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

7.4 Booking Requirements

To secure a booking, clients must:

  • Return a signed Property Styling Agreement at least 10 business days prior to installation (or within 24 hours for immediate bookings)

  • Make full payment 3 days prior to installation via direct debit

  • Ensure clear property access on agreed delivery and collection dates

8. Service Overview

8.1 Standard Campaign Period

Our standard property styling service includes a 4-6 week rental campaign, as detailed in individual Property Styling Agreements.

8.2 Furniture & Styling Selection

  • Furniture inclusions shown on the website or in quotations are indicative only

  • Final furniture and styling selections are at the sole discretion of our professional stylists

  • Selections are based on the property's unique characteristics, current stock availability, and stylist expertise

  • By engaging our services, you agree to give the stylist full authority over goods chosen for installation

8.3 No Sales Guarantee

While we strive to present properties in the best possible manner to potential buyers, Set 2 Stage does not and cannot guarantee:

  • That a property will sell faster

  • A specific sale price or outcome

  • Set 2 Stage is not responsible for the outcome of the sale of any property

9. Cancellations & Postponements

If services are cancelled or postponed after booking confirmation:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: $500 + GST postponement fee

  • Between 72-48 hours prior: 30% cancellation fee

  • Within 24 hours or less: 50% cancellation fee

  • No access on delivery day: 50% cancellation fee
