How long is the hire period?
The total hire period for our property installations is 6 weeks.
What are your payment terms?
To secure an installation date, we require payment in full, as well as a signed document to acknowledge that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Please note that the furniture required will not be reserved until the completed paperwork has been returned and payment has been received.
Do I get a refund if my property sells before the 6 week hire period ends?
We do not offer refunds if your property sells prior to the end of the 6 week hire period. Our property styling is designed to enhance & elevate your property's appeal to achieve the best possible result for your property.
What happens if I don't sell our home within the 6 week hire period?
In the event that your home does not sell within the 6-week hire period, we offer weekly extensions designed to align with the duration of your property's sale campaign. Simply contact us at info@set2stage.com.au & we will work with you and the representing real estate agent to finalise the process.
Will wet weather affect my styling installation?
Not to worry - the show will go on! Our installation window may take a touch longer as we proceed carefully through the wet weather, as we are committed to fulfilling the installation, as long as the weather conditions allow our team to work safely.
Can I select the pieces you choose for my property?
Unfortunately, we do not allow clients to select the furniture that will be installed in their property. As qualified stylists, our expertise lies in curating the perfect pieces that will enhance your property and appeal to your target market. Rest assured, we will style your home beautifully to ensure it stands out, attracts the right buyers and is showcased impeccably to achieve outstanding results.
Can I book my property styling directly with you, or will my real estate agent handle the entire process?
You can book property styling directly with us, or your real estate agent can handle the entire process if you prefer. Both options are available and you are welcome to choose the process that is most convenient for you.
